Dr. Paese earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University and completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Detroit Medical Center (DMC)/Wayne State University (WSU).

He further specialized with a fellowship in Pain Medicine at DMC/WSU. Additionally, he holds a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan University and is board certified in Chiropractic Sports Medicine (CCSP) from the National University of Health Sciences.
